Our projects

VivaVita Youth

VivaVita Youth is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership project that promotes health literacy, well-being, and active lifestyles among young people aged 14–30 in Latvia, Italy, and Bulgaria. Over 13 months, the project addresses health disparities such as low life expectancy, limited preventive healthcare access, and rising mental health challenges, especially in underserved communities.

The initiative provides youth with practical knowledge on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and mental wellness through interactive workshops, digital resources, and peer-led activities. By engaging youth as health ambassadors, the project empowers them to influence their peers and create supportive environments that encourage healthier lifestyle choices.

At the same time, VivaVita Youth strengthens the capacity of youth workers and educators by offering tailored training and toolkits. This ensures that health promotion continues beyond the project, building more resilient, inclusive, and health-conscious communities across Europe.

YouthQuake

YouthQuake is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership project that promotes media literacy, democratic participation, and critical thinking among young people aged 16–25 in Slovakia, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. Over 14 months, the project addresses growing challenges such as disinformation, declining trust in democratic institutions, and limited youth engagement in civic life. By empowering young people with the tools to recognise fake news and manipulation, YouthQuake helps strengthen more resilient and informed communities.

The initiative provides youth with practical knowledge on identifying misinformation, evaluating online content, storytelling, and campaign creation through workshops, focus groups, and an international social impact incubator. By engaging young people as changemakers, the project empowers them to design awareness campaigns, influence their peers, and actively participate in shaping democratic societies.

At the same time, YouthQuake strengthens the capacity of youth workers and educators by offering innovative training materials, mentoring, and practical tools on media literacy and civic engagement. This ensures that the project’s impact continues beyond its duration, fostering stronger, more inclusive, and democracy-conscious communities across Europe.
